Expedited SDK and Product Support provides direct support (phone/VOIP/screensharing) for developer code, programming logic and applications developed and deployed using Superpowered SDKs. Support staff is available during normal Central European business hours (GMT +2) as well as first-in-line priority email support with responses in less than 24 hours. Our support group is staffed by developers who are dedicated to providing timely, accurate and useful information. |
Priority SDK and Product Support provides first-in-line priority email support for developer code, programming logic and applications developed and deployed using Superpowered SDKs with responses in less than 24 hours. Our support group is staffed by developers who are dedicated to providing timely, accurate and useful information. |
Basic SDK Support provides email support for the Superpowered API only. Developer code and programming logic outside of the Superpowered API is not supported. This free plan ensures developers will be able to integrate, utilize and deploy Superpowered audio technology. |
